Remembering 2011!

Last year I wore this to a friend's birthday party. I bought the dress and cuff but thought it was too plain so I decided to spice it up a bit. Added feathers to the dress shoulder and the cuff, along with some spikes and rhinestones. The shoes and headpiece are CBT too.
